About Cynthia 
In the eyes of society, Cynthia had achieved success. With a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing Management, she worked for a major Fortune 500 company in the fast-paced high-tech industry, traveled the world, and climbed the corporate ladder with ease. She served her community for over 15 years and won numerous awards for her service, but felt un-fulfilled and without purpose.
In 1998, she left her corporate career of 16 years to answer God’s call and began a home based cosmetics business. It was through this Christian based company that the plan for her life began to be revealed. She began to hone her God given gifts of teaching, motivational speaking, and image consulting. She also seized opportunities to further develop the project management and process improvement skills that she had acquired in her corporate career.
After unsuccessful attempts to reach the goals she had set for herself in her cosmetics business, she wondered what was next and accepted a position with a luxury goods retailer in client relationship management. She quickly built a client base and became known for her ability to build trust and cooperation across all functions of the business. All the while, not losing sight of her desire to own and operate her own business.
She ended her work in luxury retailing for what she thought was going to be an attempt to revive her cosmetics business, which she did dearly love. However, God had a different plan. He began to inspire her with course curriculums, business models, and book outlines. Hence, CRA Enterprises was born.
