Cynthia Reavis Alford is the Founder and Owner of CRA Enterprises. The company’s motto, “Where We Think Success” sums up the company's offerings. CRA Enterprises provides Image, Wardrobe, and Beauty Consulting services, Health & Wellness Solutions, and Personal & Professional Success Facilitation. 

   Cynthia has over 10 years experience in Luxury Goods Retailing, Cosmetic Sales & Sales Management, and over 15 years experience in various facets of Corporate Business. She holds an MBA in Marketing Management and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Cynthia has won numerous awards and accolades for her dedication to women and girls issues.  She is a graduate of Leadership Dallas, Leadership Texas, and Leadership America and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. Her belief is that inside every woman is the ability to be what God has called her to be!
